Help - Finding Textbooks

The Library does not make an effort to add current textbooks to our collection. There are two things you can do to look for textbooks:

1. Do a book search in the Library Catalog to see if the book is in our regular collection. You will need to know the Title or the Author (both first and last names) of the book so that you can do a "Title" or "Author" search for it in the regular collection. If you do not know the title of the textbook, The Bronco Bookstore's website (www.bookstore.csupomona.edu/) has a searchable database of current quarter textbooks (pretend that you are going to buy a textbook). The database gives the title and the author's last name. With that information, you can then do a title search in the the Library Catalog to see if we have the book.

2.

Search by "Reserves by Course Name " (such as CHM 100, PHY 132 or MU 104) or "Reserves by Instructor" to see if a copy is available at the second floor Circulation/Reserve Desk.
