DCE authentication/DFS fileset quota patch (version 0.5) for netatalk 1.4b2

This patch adds support for DCE authentication and DFS fileset quotas
to netatalk 1.4b2. To apply the patch, first acquire the netatalk
distribution, and then execute the commands:

     cd /path/to/netatalk-1.4b2
     patch -p1 -d . < /path/to/netatalk-1.4b2-dce-0.5.diff


Once you've applied the patch, please refer to the README.DCEDFS file
created in the netatalk directory for further installation instructions.
