Instructions for Conference Calls from a Land Line Phone:
The Meet-Me Conferencing feature allows conference calls consisting of six participants or less to call into a pre-designated campus extension and join a conference call. Conference calls of this size will be free for university departments. For conference calls of seven or more participants, campus users must utilize the service provided by AT&T for a fee. See the information on AT&T Teleconferencing (below).

NOTE: Please read the following in its entirety before setting up a Teleconference Folder (account) with AT&T.
Reservationless Conferencing is for conferences of fewer than 125 participants with no special features employed (i.e. Digitized Replay or Transcription, etc.). Reservationless Conferencing is an on-demand conference call. A fixed dial-in number is established and stays active for six months. Billing is for what is actually used at 12 cents per minute, billed to the conference host’s telephone number (with toll-free access to the participants calling in).
You, as the conference host, must set up a Teleconference Folder (account).
Separate discounted fees are available and include setup, bridge connections, transport and features. The Reservationless Conferencing option allows the user to set up the conference call any time, day or night, without ever having to make a reservation - thus eliminating the $15 set up fee.
For more information, contact Cassandra Reyes at extension 6442.
