Finding a phone number

Online Directory information is available through People Search at http://www.csupomona.edu/cgi-bin/intranet/ldap_search.pl (link opens in a new window).

Note: For the search parameters for People Search, select "exact match" and type your name as one word with an asterisk between your first and last name (e.g.: Billy*Bronco).

Tracking your phone use

I&IT serves the campus voice and data infrastructure needs. Specifically, I&IT Systems provides services that include all of the campus' telephones, fax lines and voice and data wiring whereas I&IT Support provides services that include the campus information operators.

Telephone Call Collection

Monthly charges for telephone calls for division and departments will be available on the Web, the 15th of each month for prior month telephone billing. Changes affecting the billing, such as department account number and names must be submitted in writing no later than the 1st of the month. Adding or changing phones and lines

Note: The page is password protected. To access, you will need to enter your BroncoName and BroncoPassword.

(800) Line Service and Private Line Service

An email must be submitted with management approval for 800 and private-line services. For 800 line service, the request must indicate if the line is to be used for out-of-state calling or in-state calling and which extension number will be the termination point. For further information, contact Rita Haerr at X6343.

Calling Cards

All telephone calling cards are issued through I&IT.

An email must be submitted in writing through the line organization and must be authorized by the appropriate signature level. On the request, please include user name, extension and department responsible for any charges. For additional information, contact Cassandra Reyes at X6442.

Cellular Telephones and Service

I&IT is responsible for ordering and providing cellular telephones and service for the campus community.

An email must be submitted to I&IT for ordering equipment and service with proper funding number. For more information on cell phones, visit http://www.csupomona.edu/~ehelp/telephone/cellphones.html.
