Our Microsoft Campus Agreement covers the following products:
- Office Professional

CSU buys these licenses for all faculty and staff in the CSU system. Therefore, you do not need to order these licenses again. In addition, some campuses have additional licenses covered by the campus agreement. Please contact your Campus Coordinator if you have questions.
The Microsoft desktop products that have been licensed through Dec. 31, 2008 are:
- Office Professional - All Languages
- Windows Professional Operating Systems - All Languages
- Front Page - All Languages
- Publisher - All Languages
- VStudio.NET Professional - All Languages
- Core CAL - All Languages (covers client connections only to SQL, Windows, Exchange, Sharepoint, HIS, SMS)

E-Way is ASAP Software’s electronic commerce web site for pricing, orders and reports.
To access a general CSU E-Way account to check pricing only, follow the steps below:
- Go to the ASAP E-Way section of the Web site at (link opens in new window): https://shop.asap.com/Login/Login.aspx?src=8
- Use Customer Number: 160027
- Use Login: csupricing@asap.com
- Use Password: account
- Use the search functions to find the appropriate products and pricing
If you wish to place a credit card order for media only for Microsoft products, follow these steps:
- Use the E-Way login and password that are specific to your campus to log into E-Way. (Contact Cal Poly Pomona's Campus Coordinator if you need to be set up with a login and password with ordering rights.)
- Use the search bar at the top of the screen to enter a description of the product for which you would like to purchase media (e.g., Office Pro 2007).
- Select “media” as the product type from the drop down menu next to the search box, and click “Go”.
- You’ll want to select the English language media that does not reference “student” in the description.
- Once you have found the correct media, enter the appropriate quantity in the designated field, and select the “plus” icon to add it to your cart.
Note: If you have the authority to place an online purchase order (rather than a credit card order) for Microsoft media, contact Cal Poly Pomona's Campus Coordinator and ask to be set up with a login and password with ordering rights. Once you have logged into E-Way using your unique login and password, follow steps 2-5 above.
If you wish to place an order by credit card for additional licenses not covered under the CSU Agreement (see above for a list of covered products), follow these steps:
- Use the E-Way login and password that are specific to your campus to log into E-Way. (Contact Cal Poly Pomona's Campus Coordinator if you need to be set up with a login and password with ordering rights.)
- Use the search bar at the top of the screen to enter a description of the product for which you would like to purchase a license.
Tip – use only the product description, not a version, plus the word “all” (for all languages) to find your contract options more easily (for example, enter “Visio All” in the search box).
- Choose “software” as the product type from the drop down menu next to the search box, and click on “go”.
- Once you have identified the correct license (contact Matt Radzinski at ASAP if you have any questions), enter the appropriate quantity in the designated field, and select the “+” icon to add it to your cart.
NOTES on software assurance options for the Microsoft select contract:
At time of purchase, you need to decide if you wish to also buy Software Assurance (Maintenance) coverage for your license/product. Software Assurance puts the license/product you are purchasing under a maintenance program that allows you to receive and deploy the latest versions of that license/product over the life of the contract. For example, if you purchase a Visio license with Software Assurance, you may immediately install the latest version of Visio, and as new versions are released, you may upgrade to those at no additional cost. This coverage is concurrent with the master agreement and expires 1/31/2009.
If you wish to run reports, send a request to your Campus Coordinator and ask to be set up with your own E-Way account, with a unique login and password, which includes access to the reporting function.
Cal Poly Pomona's Campus Coordinator is:

NOTE: If you wish to request pricing or place orders for any non-Microsoft products, or if you have any questions, contact your ASAP Representative.
