WIN Domain

The WIN domain provides centralized authentication to access various resources on the domain, such as Exchange and the Windows file cluster. When registered with the WIN domain, you do not need additional authentication to access Outlook and other services offered on the domain. The WIN domain is reserved for specific users and not open to everyone.

If you would like to be added to the WIN Domain, contact your Department Tech at http://www.csupomona.edu/~ehelp/techs.html.

If you are not part of a department and would like to be added to the WIN Domain, log into Web Help Desk (WHD) and submit a Help Desk ticket to the Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk (you will need to know your BroncoName and BroncoPassword). If you can't log into WHD, use the help request form or stop by the I&IT Help Desk with your Bronco Access Card or another photo ID so we can better assist you. The I&IT Help Desk is located in Building 1, Room 100.

Help Desk hours:

Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Exceptions:
- State Holidays - CLOSED
- State Furlough Fridays - CLOSED
  - Refer to the Revised Operations Calendar at the link below to determine which Fridays are Staff Furlough Fridays (indicated by the letter "F"):

Do NOT attempt to add yourself to the WIN domain; it may appear to work, but it can make the process more difficult.
