Requests for media equipment must be reserved via email or submitted in writing before 4:00 PM to guarantee next-day delivery.
Students wishing to use audio/visual equipment may do so if they are under the supervision of a faculty member.
There are four ways to submit Media Requests:
Orders for equipment that are received for Kellogg West, Kellogg House and the University Union must first go through the coordinator/contact person listed below:
Unique audio/visual set -ups for classroom use (e.g.: public address system) will be subject to a charge. A signature from a faculty/staff employee is required for equipment reservation. Computer Units and Data Projection Units may not be removed from the campus. Any other equipment must be supervised by a faculty/staff employee.
If you are a listed club in the OSL Clubs and Organizations Guide, you are subject to a charge for all equipment use. To request equipment, please follow these steps:
NOTE: SCHEDULE A COUPLE OF WEEKS IN ADVANCE IN CASE ADDITIONAL NEEDS OR MODIFICATIONS ARE NECESSARY.
Any off-campus use of equipment is subject to a charge. Unique audio/visual set -ups for classroom use (e.g.: public address system) will also be subject to a charge. A signature from a faculty/staff employee is required for equipment reservation. A faculty or staff member must supervise equipment use.
Computer Units and Data Projection Units cannot be taken off campus. Any other piece of equipment must be supervised by a faculty/staff employee.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is not made 24 hours in advance, the charge will not be waived.
We reserve the right to charge an additional 10% to your total charge for any modifications that are not made 24 hours in advance.
Requests not received before 4:00 PM are considered late. If your order is late 3 times, you will be charged $5 for each piece of equipment delivered and each one there after for that quarter. Remember to plan ahead.
