If you know your BroncoName and BroncoPassword, you can go to the following web page and change your BroncoPassword: My Control Panel. Once there, click on the "Account" tab.
If you do not know your BroncoName and BroncoPassword, please visit the BroncoPassword self-reset page. This requires that you have already set up the reset questions, which are explained on the self-reset page.
Your BroncoPassword must comply with the password complexity requirement.
If you are not able to use the self-reset page, please contact the Help Desk. Faculty and staff can call the Help Desk at X6776 from their Cal Poly Pomona telephones to request that their passwords be reset. Students must stop by the Help Desk (located in Building 1, Room 100). Please bring your Cal Poly Pomona ID card.
