National Security Archive
The National Security Archive is an independent nongovernmental research institute and library located at The George Washington University. The archive collects and publishes declassified documents acquired through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The archive claims to have the world's largest nongovernmental library of declassified documents, including thousands of documents relating to nuclear history. U.S. - Japanese relations, the Cuban Missile Crisis, and other crises of the 1960s and 1970s.
