Equipment Checkout Policy

Equipment is available for checkout for all current students, faculty and staff.

• There is not a waiting list for equipment checkout.
• Any equipment brought back that is missing components or is damaged will result in a loss of checkout privileges from Studio 6 unless the components were already missing or damaged. In addition, a hold will be placed on the student's record until the equipment has been reimbursed by the student.
• Studio 6 is not responsible for any lost data.
• During finals week and quarter breaks, equipment cannot be checked out due to quarterly inventory check.
• Equipment can be checked out for 1 week.
