Make sure you have completed the
basic setup of SpamAssassin
Open the Outlook application
From the "File" menu, select "New" and "Folder..."
Give the folder a name (i.e. Spam)
Select the location for the folder and click "OK"
From the “Tools” menu, select “Rules Wizard”
Select the “New" button
Highlight "Check messages when they arrive"
Click "Next"
Check the box for "with
specific words
in the message header"
Under the "Rule description" area, click on "
specific words
"
Type
X-Spam-Flag: YES
and click "OK"
Click "Next"
Check the box for "move it to the
specified
folder"
Under the "Rule description" area, click on "
specified
" folder
Select the folder you just created (i.e. Spam).
Click "Next"
Click "Next"
Verify your settings
Click "Finish"
Click "OK"
