iClicker Instructor Kit
- Email Daniel Smith in I&IT Learning's Studio 6 to procure an iClicker Instructor Kit for the quarter. In your email, submit the number of students in your class.
Each kit includes:
- One 915 MHz radio frequency transmitter and base (for specs, see iClicker Base Features) [link opens in new window]
- One blue universal instructor remote (for specs, see iClicker Remote Features) [link opens in new window]
Note: The blue universal remote also allows the instructor to run PowerPoint.
- One cable
- One thumbdrive
- Each base has a serial number. You will be assigned that serial number for the quarter.
- Contact the Bronco Bookstore (link opens in new window) at 909.869.3274 to order student clickers. Let the bookstore know the number of students in your class. Students will need to purchase the iClicker from the bookstore. A new iClicker will cost about $40 whereas a used iClicker will cost about $27.
Note: A unique ID (serial number) located on the back of each unit links the student to his/her remote. A student must register his/her iClicker for each class utilizing the iClicker.
A student needs to only purchase a single iClicker to use in multiple classes.
- Next, view a brief overview of iClicker's software features.
